Hello, I’m Victoria — an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience building brands and accelerating growth in fast-paced award-winning companies, including Dell Technologies and MITRE.

At MITRE, a nonprofit which performs R&D on behalf of the federal government as well as industry partners, I’m currently helping Strategic Communications navigate proper brand marketing in an organization dating back to 1958. My primary focus is on relaunching a totally overhauled mitre.org with 90 net-new pages of stellar content, as well as developing the employer brand and deploying high-impact campaigns to talent acquisition targets.

As Director of Brand Marketing at Dell Boomi, a SaaS company within Dell Technologies, I built and led large cross-functional teams of creatives and developers, relaunched the corporate website twice during my tenure, rebranded the company, and created infrastructure and improved processes that helped Dell Boomi to scale. These strategic efforts enabled growth initiatives and lead-generating campaigns that resulted in direct, measurable business impact.

Prior to working in tech / SaaS, I held leadership roles in consumer packaged goods and online retail organizations. In those positions, I created innovative visual communications and marketing campaign strategies that effectively engaged B2B/B2C channels, planned and executed large events, expanded omnichannel brand awareness, and directly increased sales and customer retention.

I’m highly collaborative and enjoy connecting the dots – working with C-suite, marketing, finance, data, and product leads to unblock dependencies, uncover new insights, and identify opportunities for cross-functional teamwork.
