User community branding: Boomiverse

I led the naming and creation of the Boomi community brand, including the development of the Boomiverse mascot, astronaut ‘B’. The community serves as Boomi’s knowledgebase for all users of the platform and products.

Eden community-based ecommerce: Review Program, EdenLink, examples of CaaS and program growth

I focused on community-based retail, through connected content and cross-platform activities including a platform (EdenLink) for brands to communicate directly with consumers. User-generated ratings and reviews were key in my conversion marketing approach and earned top organic SEO positioning. Under my direction, the business grew from ~1,000 all-time reviews to over 45,000; today the site has more than 74,000 reviews. During the years I spent at EdenFantasys, sales increased by over 225%.

Eden Ambassador Program – Blogger & Influencer Outreach

I established the Eden blogger and influencer program, offering paid opportunities for sponsored content and unbiased product reviews, banner ad programs, affiliate marketing, white-label stores, and event sponsorships to more than 4,000 qualified participants. I built relationships and inroads at blogging conferences, such as BlogHer, Mom 2.0, Type-A Mom / Parent. I managed and executed sponsorships with the BlogHer Network, which is owned by SHE Media (garners 60M unique monthly visitors); BlogHer was the top blogging conference for women, with over 5,000 attendees and speakers including Barack Obama, Martha Stewart, Katie Couric and many more. Eden was a BlogHer sponsor and exhibitor alongside some of the world’s most recognizable brands and was the first and only adult retail sponsor.
