PROGRAMS
Boomi’s adoption of Dell Technologies’ Executive Briefing Program
I led the Boomi program for leveraging the global Dell Executive Briefing Centers, first working within the program to coordinate onsite briefing sessions and later transitioning to a virtual briefing format due to restrictions. As the Senior Strategist for Channel Marketing, I built the bridge between Dell Tech and Boomi for this collaboration. Excerpts from the program overview are shown above.
Award-winning ‘School of Doc’ consumer education program
While leading Marketing at Doc, I created this ongoing educational campaign which informs consumers about materials safety and provides how-to guidance while cross-selling products. Examples shown above include collateral, application, B2C installations/merchandising, and B2B usability of the School of Doc educational program. Over 700,000 pamphlets have been distributed. The program is in over 650 stores and continues to grow.
SexIs Magazine - content strategy, talent acquisition, editorial
As part of the content marketing mix at Eden, I recruited and managed the magazine’s top columnists: including Jenny Lawson/The Bloggess - repeated #1 New York Times bestseller list author; provided editorial and art direction, and created partnership with Cleis Press for community book club.
Wharton Societal Wealth Generation Program
As Senior Development Associate in Wharton’s External Affairs department, I developed and coordinated the cultivation efforts of the Major Gifts team. My department was instrumental in securing funding for the Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs’ Societal Wealth Generation Program. Given my close working relationship with the program, I obtained quotes and drafted the press release shown above.
The program continues to operate, having funded 10 projects since its inception and is currently evaluating two new ventures.
Wharton Economic Summit
My director conceived of the summit and I assisted in orchestrating and executing the inaugural event in 2006 and the second annual summit in 2007.
The inaugural event included panel discussions on the futures of real estate, corporate governance, and energy investing; presentations from renowned Wharton finance professor Jeremy Siegel and alumnus Michael Milken, WG’70; and a concluding speech by shareholder activist Carl Icahn. Speakers included Jan Eliasson, president of the United Nations General Assembly and host Maria Bartiromo. Media coverage included CNBC, Bloomberg TV, BusinessWeek, The Economist, Forbes, Reuters, and the Wall Street Journal.
The Wharton Economic Summit drew more than 1,000 business leaders from around the world to the Pennsylvania Convention Center to address the topic ‘Next Moves in a Global Economy’. More than 30 panels and sessions included faculty and alumni speakers from Wharton’s programs and initiatives, as well as a diverse international group of executives and thought leaders. Called “an absolute grand slam” by Dean Patrick T. Harker.
