To support and fully express the corporate rebrand, I simultaneously led this extensive website relaunch project. My focus was on refined user experience and site navigation, updated messaging, new positioning assets, and revised content for all primary, secondary and tertiary webpages. As a result, the user engagement and conversion rates increased and have since maintained growth.

Regional customized individual web properties for Japanese, German, French and Italian audiences, standalone and linked from flagship site Boomi.com

I designed the flow of the ‘Win with Boomi’ campaign landing page and planned all content, then developed it with my direct reports / internal team of content managers, video producers, graphic designers, and web developers. The campaign (and page) launched June 28th, 2019 and is still part of the Boomi display ad / targeted marketing mix.

After acquiring a workflow company and merging technology, Boomi’s messaging and brand were ripe for an update. I led this complex project, resulting in refreshed website navigation, new dedicated product pages with explainer videos, and updated 350+ webpages. This work increased site engagement and conversion rates.

My first priority when hired to build and lead the Brand Marketing team at Dell Boomi was to update and relaunch Boomi.com. Through focus and dedication, I accomplished this relaunch just four months after I was hired - which included re-platforming the site, creating new navigation and UX, and updating content on over 300 webpages. This resulted in highest increase of engagement and conversions in company history.

 

Created, launched and managed dedicated B2B website, enabling distributors and retailers to access resources and assets. All catalogs, sell sheets, how-to brochures, the School of Doc educational marketing program, merchandising plans, and brand banners in one place.

 

My team and I created a full range of sales collateral and plan-o-grams which are now used in hundreds of retail stores worldwide. The sales staff benefited greatly from these materials; their meetings are more productive, their sales pitches stronger, and this enables retailers to easily train store staff.

 

Before/after website redesign. I refined the brand identity and voice, redesigned site navigation, categories and conventions, completely overhauled content for 3,000+ SKUs (sets of copy and product images for each), added resources sections, social engagement prompts, and built the DTC ecommerce functionality.
