Doc Johnson Project Request Ticket
Do what you can with the resources you have. And when you can do better, do better.
I built this project ticket to solve for the traffic management issues and lack of scalability at Doc Johnson. Prior to my leadership in Marketing, all requests were sent in the body of an email or given verbally. Initially, there was resistance to using a project management platform, so I implemented this process as a step towards increasing productivity and establishing version control. It was quickly adopted and eased the organization into modernizing systems.
